Job Type: Contract

Location: Remote (with occasional visits to the Birmingham office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Functional Specialist to join our team at Access Computer Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex D365 environments, optimizing performance, and providing technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • D365 F&O Functional:
    • Understand and manage chart of accounts (COA), consolidations, tax, fixed assets, and credit & collections.
    • Work with the finance team and systems integrator to support 'as-is' processes for core finance functions.
    • Identify problems and develop technical solutions to our FO instance.
  • D365 F&O Technical:
    • Provide technical support for F&O modules, GL, AP, AR, etc.
    • Produce technical documentation.
    • Optimize system performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.
    • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
  • D365 Environments:
    • Oversee the deployment of updates, patches, and customizations across all environments.
    • Configure and manage multiple D365 environments - Dev, Test, Prod, etc.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing complex D365 environments.
  • Strong technical skills in D365 F&O modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
