About the Company

We are seeking a Junior Real Estate Due Diligence Consultant with at least 1 year of experience in property due diligence to join our London-based team. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with one day a week in the office and the rest working remotely.


About the Role

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in real estate due diligence, including property condition assessments and transaction advisory. You will be involved in property acquisitions for institutional investors, real estate investment funds, and M&A transactions, focusing on the financial, legal, and technical aspects of property due diligence. We are looking for a motivated individual who can contribute to our projects immediately, with opportunities for career progression based on performance.


Responsibilities

  • Support senior consultants with due diligence tasks, focusing on property transactions for various asset classes such as commercial, industrial, residential, and retail properties.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assist in preparing detailed due diligence reports for real estate acquisitions.
  • Gather, organize, and review property-related data, including financial, zoning, regulatory, and legal documentation.
  • Specialize in property condition assessments (PCAs), ensuring comprehensive risk evaluations for real estate investments.
  • Assist in co-auditing properties with senior consultants, with opportunities to take on solo auditing roles as experience grows.


Qualifications

  • A degree in real estate, finance, urban planning, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in real estate due diligence or property assessments.
  • Strong understanding of property transaction processes, market analysis, and risk assessments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general IT tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clear and accurate reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, confident approach.
  • A valid driving license for property site visits.


Required Skills

  • Analyze real estate data, including zoning regulations, financials, market trends, and title searches.
  • Prepare reporting templates and organize project documentation efficiently.
  • Write detailed property condition and risk assessment reports based on inspections and data analysis.
  • Assist with data review and on-site inspections alongside senior consultants.
  • Conduct property audits across a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, office, and retail.
  • Support senior consultants on large-scale portfolio projects and property investment advisory.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary: £30,000 per annum with a guaranteed bonus and additional performance-based incentives.
