SEO Consultant

Starting Salary: £28,000 to £36,000 per annum (Hybrid: 2 days per week in Nottingham office)

We're looking for an SEO Consultant to join Growthack, who excels at working strategically with B2B clients and showcasing their impact on results. This role is crucial as we expand our team, improve service delivery and strengthen capabilities.

Ideal candidate

• Experience with enterprise-level SEO or B2B sector
• Minimum 2 years experience as an SEO at a specialist level
• Agency background preferred, ideally 1 year within an SEO agency
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse range of clients
• Proficiency in technical SEO, spreadsheets and analytical tools
• Awareness of wider marketing strategies and campaigns

Key Responsibilities

1. Service delivery

• Technical audits and optimisations
• Conduct in-depth audience research and SERP analysis
• Content planning working closely with external team members
• Testing new tools and platforms that support client marketing objectives, in line with our passion for innovation

2. Client management

• Define SEO approaches and deliver impressive results for our clients
• Provide clear communication regarding strategy, progress, and KPIs
• Assist in creating client reports and forecasting

3. Business support

• Contribute to pitches for prospective clients
• Support new business/partnership opportunities as needed
• Support the training and development of team members as we grow
