We are seeking an agile, dynamic and proficient **Marketing Communications Coordinator** to join our marcom EMEA team based at our Sutton Plant. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of operational tasks, from briefings, conceptual and tool design, website updates to developing digital tools. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our strategic marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.

This role requires a dynamic professional with a 30% strategic focus and 70% hands-on operational expertise. We are seeking an individual with growth potential who can gradually evolve into a MarCom Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:
This position will enhance our ability in acquiring, developing, and retaining customers:

- Develop marketing communication strategies and plan, concepts, tactics, campaigns, and tools to support the company's short and long term growth objectives
- Advising and supporting business leaders, product and sales managers teams on effective communications project execution with sustained tracking and reporting tools for milestone reviews
- Organizing the promotional and communication campaigns: Lead the identification, development and deployment of standardized marketing communications processes (i.e. literature creation/deployment, event marketing, sales tools, collaterals, presentations, trade shows, seminars, newsletters, and digital tools)
- Implementing accurate key performance indicators to measure impact and performance at expected level
- Contributing to maintain and develop a customer focused company culture.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
Execution of programs and initiatives including:

- Product and customer communications
- Product and commercial launch programs
- Literature/collateral development
- Content creation
- Product and trade publicity
- Digital marketing campaigns or projects
- Customer/distributor events, trade shows, tech days
- Graphic Design and multimedia development
- Social media presence
- Supervise and develop relationships with vendors and assess opportunities for cost reduction, improved quality, and improved customer experience. Vendors include as contract writers, videographers, graphic designers, SEO consultants, professional creative agencies, and public relations firms.
- Maintain and sustain the Eaton website properties to be current and fresh with product, service and segment representation.
- Proactively identify, develop/map and deploy common processes to improve consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of communications programming across the business.
- Plan and manage business and product communications budget to support execution of communications tactics as outlined in the marketing communications plans

**Qualifications**:

- BA Degree in Marketing/Communication/Journalism
- 3-5 years proven track record of Marcoms excellence
- Proficient in MS Office, InDesign, Adobe, Photoshop, (Percolate and Elqua Knowledge is desirable)

**Skills**:

- Direct experience developing marketing and communications programs and their ability to impact organic growth.
- Strategic communications planning skills; ability to define communications objectives which are aligned with business objectives; analyze and interpret information, business conditions, stakeholder positions and other variables in order to develop a framework for strategic communications; define strategic and measurable objectives - in coordination with EMEA Marketing Communications Lead
- Project management skills; ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: ability to synthesize complex information; understand the needs and interests of target audiences; define and articulate messages; generate effective and compelling content for a variety of vehicles (news releases, articles, product launches); create and edit copy;
- Knowledge of graphic design and production: understanding of graphic design including composition, color, imagery, motion, and sound across the spectrum of communications vehicles and successful experience with the production processes for those vehicles
