Client Engagement and Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs and aligning technology solutions accordingly.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic advice and guidance on technology initiatives.
- Strategy and Solution Development
- Oversee the development of comprehensive technology strategies that support clients’ business objectives.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends, advising clients on the potential impact and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative technology solutions that drive business transformation.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality consulting services.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team and across the organization.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the technology consulting practice.
- Develop proposals, pitch presentations, and other business development materials to win new client engagements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and potential clients.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure efficient and effective project management practices are in place, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
