An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Reward Consultant to join a well-known business in their London office (hybrid).


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with compensation studies and be responsible for the growth of these studies.
  • Manage and add to clients existing reward strategy.
  • Collect data, analyse findings and create ideas and solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Maintain and develop good working relationships, this includes reward consulting within client advisory projects.
  • Explore new opportunities for strategy and data projects within the existing client database.
  • Being involved with project work, with the ultimate goal of securing development of client reward strategies.
  • Understand market trends and patterns and any implications this can have on the client’s programmes.
  • Assist colleagues in the development and growth of the reward consulting business.
  • Provide advice to junior members and assist in overseeing their projects.
  • Oversee day-to-day tasks related to any ongoing projects.


Requirements:

  • Must have extensive knowledge of compensation and reward structures gained in a consulting environment.
  • Must be driven by finding solutions to complicated problems.
  • Ability to build and manage strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Proven knowledge of and experience with data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skill set, with the ability to communicate and present ideas coherently.
