About the Role - The purpose of the role is to assist the operations, commercial and finance departments with the reporting and administrative tasks required of service contracts to meet contract service level agreements and KPIs. The role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and communication within the organisation and with external stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

Financial Administration:

  • Updating financial systems and reports on behalf of the Operations and Finance Team team
  • Supporting the reporting of client Key Performance Indicators and Management Information.
  • Collating information required to process applications for payment and Invoices.
  • Tracking approvals of applications for Payment and Invoices to ensure prompt payment.


Commercial Administration:

  • Tracking and recording contractual change.
  • Raising, amending and receipting Purchase Orders within financial systems
  • Contract Administration
  • Coordinating communications within and across teams


Qualifications:

  • Good communication and stakeholder management
  • Experience in delivering similar role ideally within a facilities function
  • Proven computer literacy, with the ability to use Microsoft 365 applications to a high standard (e.g. Excel PivotTables, lookups, etc.).
  • Experienced in the analysis, compilation and presentation of information to a high degree of accuracy
