Role Objectives


  • Providing necessary information and resources to facilitate a successful transition for new customers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programmes for NZC suite of products.
  • Serving as a point of contact for new customers, addressing their questions and concerns and managing the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.


Main Tasks & Responsibilities


  • Management of new customer enquiries, including the NZC Enquiries inbox.
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of new customer onboarding, including scheduling and material preparation.
  • Schedule and coordinate onboarding activities, providing guidance and support to new customers throughout the process.
  • Conduct onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Understanding customer context and goals and providing product information to best serve them.
  • Educating customers and optimising their product setup for the quickest path to success.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Assisting customer support with issues and requests.
  • Providing materials to help customers learn best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.


Required Skills and Experience


  • High-level understanding of sustainability within construction.
  • Customer experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Training experience.
  • Highly motivated individual who can work a hybrid role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow customer narratives to understand their point of view and find workable solutions to their issues.
  • Positive and a friendly nature.
  • Ability to learn and have a strong understanding of the NZC suite of products.
