We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience in construction within the water utilities industry, to join us for an initial 6-month contract. The Pigment Project Management Consultant will be responsible for achieving the overall budget and quality objectives of the project/programme of works. They will also ensure that the project schedule is established and maintained within prescribed schedule and budget parameters.


Key responsibilities:

  • Ensuring effective project governance and assurance is in place using Assurance functions as appropriate
  • Assignment of competent project team resources
  • Leading and motivating a team of professionals, setting objectives and goals
  • Collaborative and integrated team working with Delivery Partners to maximise efficiency opportunities
  • Procurement including negotiations with supply community
  • Correctly capturing and maintaining compliance with the risk information in Programme Insight Manager
  • Management of Risk and Change at project level
  • Seeking approval of Change at project level


Required skills:

  • Experience in an infrastructure programme and project delivery environment in the water utilities industry
  • Experience of delivering complex individual or groups of projects
