Your role at Fitfactory

As a Sales Engineer at Fitfactory, you will be responsible for delivering technical demonstrations of our products, highlighting their capabilities, and tailoring presentations to meet the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to drive interest and secure sales, leveraging your technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical demonstrations of Fitfactory products for potential clients.
  • Customise presentations and demonstrations to align with the specific needs of end users.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our products, showcasing their value.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fitfactory products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive interest and sales through effective communication and a strong commercial mindset.
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and product documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems, particularly within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience with scheduling and shop floor software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of software solutions and their applications in business processes.


Desired Skills

  • Proven track record in software demonstrations or implementation, particularly in a SaaS-based company.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in MRP/ERP systems.
