About the Role:


You will be joining the very heart of Baywater by working with our Transformation Manager.


You will lead project management, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking where required, you will collaborate with the executive team to develop project progress and assess risks.


Additionally, you will evaluate potential and existing projects to prioritise the long-term business strategy.


Your role will involve maximising efficiency and productivity by utilising visual management tools with key stakeholders and collaborating across functional teams.

What You Will Be Doing:


  • Provide empathetic and professional support to service patients, families, and clinical leads.
  • Reporting project status to internal stakeholders
  • Develop project scopes and objectives
  • Track project progress
  • Manage risk
  • Measure performance

Baywater Healthcare employs just over 400 people in the UK and has its headquarters in Cheshire. The office is home to a 24-hour call centre, as well as administrative support for all oxygen, ventilation, nebuliser, sleep and telehealth therapy services.

Therefore, as well as equipment and consumables designed for patient comfort; 24/7 support; and equipment servicing and maintenance at home, we also offer advice and support from specialist Clinical Advisers.
