The Role:

  • Title: Profit Centre Manager
  • Salary: £65,000 starting salary.
  • Bonus: Lucrative profit share scheme with uncapped earning potential and a year one OTE of £100,000
  • Benefits: Premium company car (e.g., BMW 5 Series/Mercedes E-Class), Private Healthcare, Pension


As the Profit Centre Manager, you’ll have full P&L responsibility, driving sales growth, managing costs, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll be the driving force behind the business strategy, crafting and executing plans that maximise revenue and expand market reach.

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies that set the business apart, ensuring strong market presence and customer satisfaction.

  • Customer Excellence: Build lasting relationships with key customers, delivering exceptional service while identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
