Senior FP&A Manager

A very high performing team within an impressive, large Consumer business are looking to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager who will lead across a number of key areas for the team, whilst also overseeing a direct report. You will also have a large amount of Exec interaction.


Some of the responsibilities:


  • Support the highly acquisitive M&A team with new acquisitions and subsequent integrations
  • Own the budget & Forecast process, ensuring cohesive working with your stakeholders to hit deadlines
  • The ‘go to’ for analysis to provide the Exec team with solid business insight that they can act upon
  • Constantly looking at ways of process improvement for the team, and driving these through the finish line
  • Prepare board presentations with the potential to present to the board on an ad hoc basis
  • Help lead on some of the Reporting requirements


Some of the skills and Knowledge:


  • Qualified Accountant 3+ years PQE (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
  • Solid experience within FP&A, accompanied with financial modelling skills
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to present to both peers and Exec teams
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and experience of leading by example for your team
  • A commercial thinker, and able to bring data to life in a concise story
