The Role


Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in sales and management? Join our Graduate Management Trainee Programme, where you will embark on an exciting journey that combines professional development with hands-on experience. Key Responsibilities


  • Participate in comprehensive training sessions to understand the fundamentals of sales.
  • Contribute to individual and team sales targets by applying sales techniques learned during training, while focusing on closing closing deals and driving revenue.
  • Gain exposure to different sales channels to develop an understanding of our sales processes and strategies.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with experienced sales managers and mentors who will provide guidance while attending sales workshops to further develop your skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure project success.
