Who We Are:

At EES Solutions, we are at the forefront of pioneering engineering solutions spanning across diverse sectors such as Rail, Automotive, Marine, and Energy.

In this specific contract position, you'll be working hand-in-hand with our dedicated automotive clientele. Due to the nature of the role, we will only be able to consider candidates with direct Automotive work experience. We are only able to consider candidates on an inside IR35 basis.

We are recruiting for a quality / requirements auditor for a large automotive client in Warwickshire. The role is integral to the quality assurance side of work undertaken and is carried out to the highly level to meet customer expectations.


What we are looking for:

  • Good with gathering data from several sources and compiling results in a meaningful and clear manner.
  • Ability to quickly grasp/understand new processes and to audit datasets against these processes
  • Working-level knowledge of requirement management processes
  • Ability to turn significant datasets into meaningful summaries with proposed actions
  • Ability to monitor & communicate the progress of resolution for issues identified.


It Would Be an Asset If You Also Have:

  • Ability to empathise with the engineering development process (ideally with some experience)
  • Understanding of systems engineering process and differing levels of requirements
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive on workload.
  • Ability to communicate with different levels of the organisation.


Soft Skills

  • Advanced Excel (Pivot tables & Forumulas Inc. VLOOKUP)
  • Working level PowerPoint and Word.
