Based in Kent, this pivotal role is ideal for a dynamic, driven individual with a robust background in various supply chain positions. Experience in start-ups or e-commerce/subscription models is highly advantageous.


The ideal Head of Supply Chain will possess a strategic and analytical mind, with a proven track record and exposure to demand planning, stock management, production, and fulfilment. They will be adept at utilising and developing information systems to enhance existing processes. Strong commercial acumen and a core understanding of how supply chain management supports the company’s growth ambitions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the supply chain team, fostering a motivating and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Utilise advanced analytical skills to improve demand planning and stock management.
  • Oversee procurement and fulfilment processes, ensuring they meet company standards and efficiency goals.
  • Maintain attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities to address any supply chain challenges.
  • Drive project management initiatives to support operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, including team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an organised, detail-oriented approach.
  • Based at the production and fulfilment centre in Kent for a minimum of 4 days a week.
