Recruitment Consultant


  • Ashford, Kent TN. – (free parking on site)
  • Salary: £25,000pa + OTE based on site. Full training offered.


Please note: Having transport is a MUST for this position due to visiting clients.**


JOB PURPOSE:


This role is a Recruitment position with a balance of account management and new business on the manufacturing sector. This will be temp and permanent recruitment (dual desks). As a Recruitment Consultant within Manpower, you’ll be working within a robust candidate and client network you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong rapport with clients and placing talent into vacancies.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Balance of account management and also winning new business.
  • Proactively build your profile and personal brand on social channels including LinkedIn to maximise candidate selection
  • Source candidates effectively using various platforms
  • Generate new client relationships through a variety of methods
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets through both new and existing clients.
  • Offer a 360 sales solution to your client to show end to end client engagement
  • Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business
  • Use market data and insights to approach clients in a consultative manner with a high level of service and added value.


SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:


  • Strong accountability for owning and developing the talent pool, with a long-term view of helping them build their careers
  • An exceptional ability to listen, consult and understand client needs
  • Articulates themselves clearly and confidently
  • Able to win business be it working on warm or cold leads
  • Financially driven and wants to earn great commission
