My client is a prestigious law firm renowned for our excellence in legal services and commitment to technological advancement and they are seeking a skilled IT Trainer with expertise in Case Management and Document Management Systems to join their team. As their IT Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that their legal professionals are proficient in utilising technology to optimise case management workflows and document handling processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on Case Management and Document Management Systems tailored to the needs of legal professionals.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars both in person and virtually.
  • Create training materials such as manuals, guides, and presentations.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to legal staff on system functionalities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with IT and legal teams to identify training needs and develop training plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in legal technology to incorporate into training programs.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Case Management Systems (e.g., Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther) and Document Management Systems (e.g., NetDocuments, iManage, Worldox).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical people within the firm.
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting engaging training sessions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Certified Legal Technology Professional) are a plus.
