Senior Manager – Sales/ Marketing (Tourism Partnerships)


Location: Remote (UK or Europe) or Hybrid (Dublin Office)


Key Responsibilities:


As a Senior Manager for Tourism Partnerships, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic collaborations:


  • Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and build relationships with Tourism Boards, Hotels, Cruises, and other tourism products to unlock new opportunities.


  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement marketing and sales plans aligned with partner requirements and budgets.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to integrate partnership strategies into broader business goals.


  • Project Management: Oversee multiple partnership initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage day-to-day partner activities, engage travel agents to promote partner brands, and drive product adoption through on-ground initiatives.


  • Marketing Innovation: Design and execute creative marketing strategies, including joint promotions and campaigns, while coordinating with design and marketing teams for timely communications.


  • Performance Reporting: Provide detailed reporting on campaign outcomes and monitor campaign performance to ensure ongoing success.


Senior Manager - Sales/ Marketing (Tourism Partnerships)


We’re seeking a driven and experienced professional with:


  • Experience: 4-6 years in the travel industry, with at least 4 years in a tourism board, tourism representation, or partners
  • Presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship management abilities with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of travel industry dynamics and destination sales.
  • Advertising sector experience with travel contacts also welcome to apply
