Job Title: CMS Content Editor

Location: Remote - the team meet once a month in the London offices and work remotely otherwise.

Contract Length: Rolling contract

Day rate: £400 per day outside IR35

Role Overview: As a Contract CMS Content Editor, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and managing content on the content management system (CMS). You will work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure the digital content is engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with the brand standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling content for our website and other digital platforms using clients CMS.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop content that supports business goals and enhances user experience.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and follows best practices for web content.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring it is current and accurate.
  • Implement design elements and multimedia to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our content.
  • Test and troubleshoot content issues across different browsers and devices to ensure consistency and functionality.
  • Stay informed about the latest CMS trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the content strategy.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a CMS Content Editor
  • Proficiency in using popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla).
  • Strong understanding of web design principles, HTML/CSS, and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
