About the Company:

Big Picture is a leading marketing agency specializing in tech brands, with over 25 years of experience working with industry leaders. We are currently seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Product Marketing and Design Coordinator. This role is critical in supporting our client accounts, building robust relationships, and driving client success.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing assets for Product Launches such as presentations and training material to ensure go-to-market readiness.
  • Update and maintain instore retail assets for Product Categories including step-up charts, hierarchy maps and catalogues.
  • Proofread content for accuracy and performance and liaise with stakeholders to make sure the key product technicalities are covered and align with the strategy.
  • Support with the creation of learning modules to provide training to retail store teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and assist in implementing innovative solutions.
  • Support in the development of the Big Picture brand via the website, outreach and socials.


Qualifications:

  • Enthusiastic about learning how products, software, and services integrate to create comprehensive solutions.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment with tight deadlines and unexpected challenges.
  • Experience managing company social media accounts and maintaining websites.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and translate product features into compelling customer value propositions.
