About the Role:
As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be focusing on high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). You’ll be working with pre-qualified leads, so your focus will be on closing and delivering exceptional value, not cold calling. Your role involves engaging clients over the phone, and the ability to follow a written script is essential. But it’s not just about reading lines—it’s about delivering the script with confidence, clarity, and charisma. Your conversational skills will help build trust and credibility with clients, turning those interactions into valuable business relationships. You will receive comprehensive training on both the products you’ll be selling and proven sales techniques to help you succeed. No prior financial sales experience is necessary—what matters is your ability to communicate effectively, think on your feet, and adapt quickly to different scenarios. You’ll also learn to handle high-pressure situations with ease, honing your ability to close sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
