5 working days on site in Cheshire, UK

Due to the passionate culture, collaboration and level of investment in both the people and the environment, this is a non-negotiable requirement. Core hours are 9am to 5pm, with flexibility to start any time between 8am and 9.30am.


The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for product development from 0-1 discovery to launch. Managing the roadmap, strategy and vision will be key responsibilities and you will play a vital role in shaping the team and growth within the Product function.


Key Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in the product suite. These are your products, your responsibility.
  • GAP analysis, market research and competitor analysis.
  • Manage key stakeholders across the business to articulate and validate ideas.
  • Lead by example. Set goals and work with others to encourage cross functional collaboration.


Essentials

  • Fully on-site 5 days p/week in Cheshire, UK.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Senior Product capacity.
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders of different levels.
  • Technical background or experience with technical products.
  • Proven experience taking full ownership of Products through the full Product Development Lifecycle (0-1 idea to MVP).
  • Launched a Product MVP or Product iterations.
  • Led creation of Product Roadmaps that deliver the strategy.
  • Truly passionate about Product.
  • Sleeved rolled up approach, willingness to research and gather requirements.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Agile Methodology.
