Our client is a company that connects people creatively; building and designing brand experiences with exhibition, POS, interior design, manufacture, and logistics.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
  • Monitor and adjust sales processes
  • Generate sales forecasts and activity reports
  • Set and manage performance goals for consultants
  • Analyze market trends
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations
  • Coordinate sales activities with other functions
  • Manage departmental expenses
  • Provide sales reports and identify growth opportunities
  • Define key performance indicators
  • Stay updated on technology for sales enhancement
  • Supervise daily sales operations
  • Conduct regular team meetings
  • Oversee HR functions


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the exhibition industry.
  • A commercial mindset.
  • The ability to read and analyse ‘numbers’ to spot potential problems as well as spot opportunities and push for growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and general CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
