Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives
- Monitor and adjust sales processes
- Generate sales forecasts and activity reports
- Set and manage performance goals for consultants
- Analyze market trends
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations
- Coordinate sales activities with other functions
- Manage departmental expenses
- Provide sales reports and identify growth opportunities
- Define key performance indicators
- Stay updated on technology for sales enhancement
- Supervise daily sales operations
- Conduct regular team meetings
- Oversee HR functions
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the exhibition industry.
- A commercial mindset.
- The ability to read and analyse ‘numbers’ to spot potential problems as well as spot opportunities and push for growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and general CRM software.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
