E-Commerce Manager


£45,000 + Benefits,


East Midlands location with hybrid working


My client is a global market leader in the manufacturing and distribution of corporate clothing and workwear to both the private and public sector. Working under 3 main brands, they are the largest of their kind in the UK with a turnover in excess of £400M, 700 employees and 5 sites globally. They are investing heavily in their digital agenda to create a world class e-commerce platform.


Selling though a variety of digital channels, the E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for trading performance of the main website. working closely with marketing, merchandising, customer service and IT to identify opportunities to increase transactions and revenue via improvement to CRO and AOV across both mobile and desktop platforms. Day to day you will be responsible for managing the content of the site, training the site to grow order volumes and managing the digital marketing activity to drive sales. You will implement marketing campaigns and other commercial initiatives on line enduring activity id consistent and effective across the various digital channels. Ultimately you will develop, deliver and own the digital trading strategy to grow the E-Commerce business.


The successful candidate will have a background in e-commerce and digital marketing, specifically around SEO and PPC. You'll have strong analytical skills and be used to working with complex sets of data and you will have the ability and drive to work under your own initiative without clear direction.
