  • Prepare presentations (with Microsoft office 365) for management meetings in Japanese.
  • Make monthly, seasonal reports to Mizuno Japan and daily sales report.
  • Liaise with other Mizuno Japan departments, and take an appropriate action as instructed.
  • Translate business documents and provide interpretation as requested.
  • Produce regular monthly reports for the EMEA management team.
  • Provide general administrative support to the EMEA team.
  • Assist Japanese expats with documentation requirements during their stay in the UK. (e.g. Passport renewals, driving licences, birth certificates, bank accounts.)
  • Co-ordinate and administer charity requests to the business.
  • Point of contact for communications from Mizuno Japan where necessary in the absence of Head of EMEA Finance & Admin.
  • Assist visitors from Mizuno Japan and other global offices with accommodation & travel arrangements as required.
  • Support global sustainability project.
  • In addition to these duties and responsibilities, the job holder may be required to carry out other tasks assigned by their manager.


Key Skills

  • Fluent Written and Spoken Japanese and English.
  • Interpretation / translation experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Experience in Excel, Powerpoint and Word and Microsoft Office to intermediate level.
  • Excellent organisation skills.


This role is a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.
