We are looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter to join our team and help us continue to create compelling content that inspires action and builds brand loyalty. We are seeking a Strategic Planner to join our team, playing a pivotal role in developing insights and strategies that guide our creative process and deliver impactful results for our clients.


Job Summary:

The Strategic Planner will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that inform and guide our marketing campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can translate data and insights into actionable strategies. You will work closely with clients, account managers, and creative teams to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to gather insights into consumer behaviour, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Analyse data to identify opportunities and challenges for clients’ brands.
  • Strategic Development: Develop clear, actionable strategies that inform the direction of marketing campaigns. These strategies should be grounded in research and tailored to meet client objectives and target audience needs.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and target audiences. Present strategic recommendations and adjust plans based on client feedback.
  • Creative Briefing: Collaborate with creative teams to develop briefs that inspire innovative and effective creative work. Ensure that creative executions align with strategic objectives and resonate with the intended audience.
  • Campaign Planning: Outline detailed campaign plans that specify goals, target audiences, key messages, and media strategies. Work with media planners and buyers to optimise campaign reach and effectiveness.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations for optimisation based on data analysis.
  • Trendspotting: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts that could impact client strategies. Provide thought leadership and innovative ideas to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with account management, creative, and media teams to ensure seamless integration of strategy across all facets of campaign development and execution.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in strategic planning, brand strategy, or a related role within a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for developing innovative strategies.
  • In-depth understanding of consumer behaviour, market research, and brand positioning.
  • Proficiency in using research tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
