Product Liability Paralegal (Litigation Paralegal)

Permanent – Hybrid Working


My client, a specialist boutique Litigation law firm, is actively looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Product Liability/Litigation Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their Manchester office – working as their new Product Liability Paralegal.


This firm is a Tier 1 ranked law firm within Group Litigation and work on arguably some of the biggest cases there is. You will be an integral part of the Manchester team – undertaking all facets of legal casework and administrative work.


As the successful Paralegal, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:


  • Assisting with case preparation/progress
  • Drafting legal documentation and court documents
  • Conducting extensive legal research
  • Collaborating with wider teams within the firm on a regular basis
  • Data management and manipulation
  • Updating and maintaining accurate record and files (using their own case management system)

To be considered for this Paralegal opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:


  • Have previous/existing experience within Litigation (Product Liability is desirable)
  • Be degree educated (minimum 2:1 LLB or GDL)
  • Be able to commute to the Manchester office
  • Have excellent MS Office skills
  • Be extremely organised and able to work to tight deadlines
