Project Architect for Super Prime Residential Development

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly motivated project running Architect to join their dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will lead and manage the architectural aspects of a prestigious super prime residential project in Central London comprising 30 luxury apartments, currently in Stage 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural delivery of the project, ensuring design excellence and adherence to the highest standards of quality.
- Oversee the fitout phase, bringing a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of luxury residential finishes.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and statutory requirements.
- Utilise Revit for design development, documentation, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
- 5-8 years post Part III experience
- Strong portfolio of high-end residential projects in the UK
- Proficiency in Revit essential, experience using NBS highly desirable
- Proven track record of managing projects from design through to completion
- Extensive fitout experience in luxury residential developments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
- The right to live and work in the UK
