Architect / Design Coordinator - Prime Residential
£35k-£55k + benefits package
My client is a Privately Owned Main Contractor based in London who have built an outstanding reputation in delivering projects to the highest of standard.
Led by two experienced Directors, my client specialises in the construction and refurbishment of superb quality Prime and Super-prime residential projects in London’s most sought-after locations.
Typical projects include basement works, refurbishments, structural renovations and luxury internal fit outs of single dwelling properties.
The company have diversified over the last few years, working on commercial developments as well as residential, including projects such as high spec office schemes and high-end art galleries. However, their main focus remains on prime residential projects.
They are currently seeking an Architect / Design Coordinator, with previous experience in high end residential projects, to work on live construction projects, reporting to the Design Managers.
Candidates will have experience of construction (as opposed to planning and preconstruction) at RIBA stages 3 to 5.
The position would suit a technical architect who is keen to move to a main contractor and develop a career in design management.
Duties will include running procurement documents, RS trackers, uploading drawings to Procore and developing your skills in design coordination and management, under the mentorship of the Design Managers.
Current projects from £2m to £15m in Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea.
