The successful candidate will be responsible for running procurement documents, RS trackers, and uploading drawings to Procore. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in design coordination and management under the mentorship of our Design Managers.

Our client specializes in the construction and refurbishment of prime and super-prime residential projects in London's most sought-after locations. They have a diverse portfolio of projects, including basement works, refurbishments, structural renovations, and luxury internal fit-outs of single dwelling properties.

The company has a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects, and the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the Design Managers to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running procurement documents and RS trackers
  • Uploading drawings to Procore
  • Developing skills in design coordination and management
  • Working closely with Design Managers to ensure high-quality project delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in high-end residential projects
