Java Software engineer -
Provide expert level support of reporting and monitoring tools that monitors applications for more than 220 000 users 320 000 devices in locations across the world Specifically we are seeking someone that has extensive knowledge with Lakeside's SysTrack and Understanding of Java concepts.
In order to provide this level of support the ideal candidate will be able to perform the following
Provide expert level understanding and support of infrastructure supporting SysTrack .
Extensive experience with data consumption and analytics using Big Data solutions like Elk or Splunk and SQL to create data driven decision tools and dashboards
Drive productivity recommending improvements remediation and operational excellence using ITIL methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement
Work closely with the multiple teams to ensure robustness scalability and global applicability of solutions
Work with project teams and developers to ensure those teams understand compatibility with virtual platforms and Virtual Workspace architecture and requirements
Identify and proactively resolve issues that could impact system performance reliability and usability
Persuade and influence leaders across multiple teams through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
Lakeside SysTrack 9
Basic Development knowledge and Understanding of Java concepts
Basic Scripting with tools like PowerShell Python etc
Planning multi tasking and prioritization skills
Ability to perform complex and varied assignments in support of the team’s scope of work
Ability to exchange complex information within team and with others
Analytical thinking and experience with data analysis tools and methodologies
Team oriented and collegial approach to addressing challenges
Strong people process and business focus
High level of proficiency with all Server Based Computing Platforms and the tools used to support them
