Essential Duties and Role Responsibilities:

Website

  • Manage uploading and updating product listings, ensuring accuracy of product descriptions, images, prices and merchandising across sophiawebster.com.
  • Write compelling product and category descriptions across sophiawebster.com.
  • Responsible for updating all sections of the website with latest approved content.
  • Assist with updating the website for markdowns, promotions, discounts, and special offers across the website.
  • Manage product photography assets to ensure consistency across the site.
  • Update homepage and site content regularly.
  • Check the website for maintenance and update the team when problems occur.
  • Assist in analysing on-site performance and report to the wider team.
  • Assist in SEO maintenance.
  • Work with our web developers to communicate any on-site problems or updates.
  • Assist with creating coupon codes.

CRM

  • Learn and assist with CRM tasks including: Dynamic product recommendations, building broadcast emails, automation monitoring and maintenance, SMS BAU build and proofreading.
  • Assist with providing analysis of performance and implementing A/B testing.

Digi Marketing

  • Learn and assist digital marketing function e.g. daily request fulfilment for third party agent, (providing links, copy and images etc).
  • Creating graphic assets using existing content.

Principal Skills Knowledge and Attributes required

  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in written English.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and positive approach to tasks.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to use own initiative but also to work well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Magento 2 or a similar Ecommerce web platform preferable.
  • Knowledge of a CRM platform (eg Ometria) preferable.
  • Computer literate, with basic graphic design skills (photoshop).
  • Good level of numeracy skills.
  • At least a year experience or previous ecom based role.
