  • Your mainresponsibilities as a F-35 Contractor Instructor willinvolve: The provision of high-qualitytraining support to F-35B Lightning squadronpilots Familiarity with front lineLightning tactics anddoctrine The provision of high-quality groundschool training in accordance with the currently defined LightningForce Headquarters Air Commandsyllabi Acting as primary or secondarySubject Matter Experts (SMEs) for technical systems as allocated bythe ITC Instructional Lead and maintenance of relevant lecturematerial The provision of high-quality pilotspecific synthetic training on the Full Mission Simulator andDeployable Mission Rehearsal Trainer in accordance with the UKsyllabi both at the UK training centre as well as on deployedoperations Instructor Operator Station (IOS)Console support for Lightning squadron Instructor Pilots whererequired The provision of synthetic devicetechnical and training expert advice in order to help develop andevolve training syllabi, mission scenarios and tactics to meet UKsovereign requirements for the Lightning weaponsystem

Essential:

  • Proven P1 in anoperational FJaircraft You will hold a Pairs leadqualification Professional militaryexperience
Desirable:
  • Experience instructing on anOCU/FJ Trg Sqn

The Integrated Training Centre SupportTeam: As a F-35 ContractorInstructor, you will be based in the new state of the artIntegrated Training Centre (ITC), responsible for the provision ofhigh-quality synthetic training support to all F-35B Lightningpilots. Why BAESystems?
