Position Overview:

Are you a social media enthusiast with a keen eye for detail? Are you looking to kickstart your career in marketing? If so, we want you As a Part-Time Social Media Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our social media presence, engaging with our audience, and supporting our marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Create, curate, and schedule engaging content aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Design and update brochures that effectively communicate our services and promotions.

Regularly update and maintain content on our Birdeye website to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Coordinate key collections and ensure smooth communication with clients.

Monitor and respond to customer reviews in a professional and timely manner.

Assist in the preparation and distribution of our monthly magazine and e-zine, including content creation and layout design.

Review and update current listings with accurate wording and high-quality photos/videos.

Design and layout window displays to attract customer attention and enhance our brand image.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Passion for social media and digital marketing

Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, error-free content

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas

Basic understanding of social media analytics and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Previous experience in social media management or marketing is a plus
