Social Media Marketing Manager

Gigasys Solutions is hiring a Social Media Manager to manage its expanding social media activities. We are looking for an experienced, creative, and innovative social media manager looking for an exciting and rewarding new role. Working closely with our Project Managers, you will help to deliver the dissemination targets at different levels and lead the day-to-day management of our social media channels. This role would be remote at the beginning, but the format might be revised.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating engaging and audience-led contents, including social media posts, newsletters, news releases, etc.; and updating our various social media accounts regularly.
  • Identifying new content opportunities based on emerging trends and insights.
  •  Collaborating and supporting the Project Manager on the related tasks.
  • Utilising analytics to make data driven decisions and drafting dissemination results’ documents and presentations.
  • Providing broader planning support to the team in related activities, such as meetings, drafting white papers, etc., related to projects led by the team, and collaborating with peer personnels on disseminations of the results.    

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working as Social Media Manager.
  • Expert in key social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc., and experience in creating social media campaigns across these media.
  • Top written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in creating audience-led and platform-specific social content, including copywriting, design, drafting, and video skills.  
  • In-depth knowledge of social media management tools such as Sprout Social and/or Meta Business tools to effectively complete tasks including reporting, social listening, and community management.
  • Understanding of communication engineering, vocabulary and technology, especially wireless communication, Artificial Intelligence, and related topics (high level) would be a plus.
  • Highly innovative and creative.
  • Confident and the able to operate independently, use initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Great attention to details and precision.
  • Experience in working in collaborative projects would be a plus.
