Duration – 12 months

Role Summary:

HSBC are currently recruiting a Technical Officer Wealth Operations who shall be part of the Global Operations team to assist in producing HMRC trust tax returns and individual tax liabilities for trust.

Key Responsible

a high-quality service to produce HM Revenue & Customs Trust Tax Returns
calculations and payments of individual tax liabilities for Trusts
and dispatch of Income Tax certificates for all personal and trust investment portfolios
work is completed within Trust Services Service Level Agreements
projects with key regulatory changes
in producing Management Information (MI)

Knowledge and Experience:

knowledge of wealth/trust products
knowledge in such systems as WGHSS, GHSS HUB, IMS, Phoenix, TLM, TradeWeb, Unavista, EY First, MD3, CGiX, Browser Main Menu & HNET
experience of data handling and analysis
attention to detail, with widespread knowledge of Excel and Visual Basic
potential problems and challenges, mitigating their impact and all associated risk
approach with a proven record of strong decision making
