We're seeking an exceptional Head of Product with expertise in customer retention for an exciting role that combines Product Management and Retention Marketing. In this position, you'll lead a team of three Senior Product Managers, driving roadmaps, strategy, and product delivery to address key challenges within PerfectDraft.

The Role:

The successful candidate will oversee the entire customer journey on PerfectDraft, ensuring efficient traffic conversion, effective onboarding of new customers, and prevention of churn. This includes spearheading our personalization and conversion rate optimization efforts to provide a fully tailored experience across web and app. Additionally, they'll take ownership of loyalty and referral programs, guide the CRM strategy, and collaborate with local teams to optimize and automate customer lifecycle journeys using our CRM tool, Bloomreach.

Crucially, this individual will lead our transition from a DTC business to a comprehensive multichannel solution, expanding our loyalty platform to off-trade customers across Europe and driving offline promotions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Product strategy & delivery: Extensive experience in Product Management within a DTC environment, with the ability to set vision, roadmap, and actionable user stories.
  • Retention marketing: Proven track record in running retention campaigns in a DTC organization, coupled with a passion for consumer understanding and churn prevention.
  • Leadership: Extensive years in Product & Retention Marketing, including 2-3 years of managing Product Managers and influencing business strategy. This role involves prioritizing and delivering a portion of the tech team's work, requiring the ability to maintain delivery velocity.
  • Consumer centricity: Deep empathy for consumers, with the ability to translate their problems into technical solutions through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • CEM & CRM: Proficiency in tools like Bloomreach, with experience in building, analyzing, and optimizing user flows and campaigns to achieve commercial goals.
  • Loyalty: Experience with customer loyalty programs, whether SaaS or custom-built.
  • Commercial acumen: Exposure to sales or marketing functions, collaborating closely with off-trade teams and customers to develop PerfectDraft's multichannel business.
  • Data: Track record of data-driven decision-making for Product development, with preferred knowledge of SQL.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset for long-term delivery, along with the ability to address immediate priorities.
  • Effective communication: Skilled in articulating the rationale behind decisions and rallying the team to achieve roadmap objectives.
