About the Role: Our client, a prominent multi-channel retailer, is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner / Senior Finance Manager to join their team. This opportunity arises due to a temporary need for additional support, and there is potential for the role to be extended beyond the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert financial support to the Deputy CEO and Chief Supply Chain & Transformation Officer.
  • Assist in setting up and optimising the new warehouse operation in Lutterworth.
  • Implement and manage new systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Utilise advanced Excel and Unit 4 software to manage financial data and logistics operations.
  • Analyse and report on supply chain and logistics performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Finance Business Partnering or Senior Finance Management within the FMCG / Retail sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics processes.
  • Proven track record of setting up and managing financial systems in a warehouse environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Unit 4.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
