We are looking for an organised, proactive individual to work from our office in Bingham managing a small team of plumbers.

The right candidate will be the main point of call for customer enquiries, booking in appointments, quoting small works, and sending invoicing when complete.

The type of work the role oversees ranges from small/ private customers seeking general plumbing maintenance, boiler servicing / landlord certificates, to full plumbing refurbishments in their residential properties.

The job will also manage and look after the warranty work that we have from our larger contracts i.e. national new builds site and care homes.

Plumbing knowledge/ experience not essential.

Main duties include:

- Managing the private plumbing team

- Scheduling in works

- Quoting small works

- Sourcing materials from merchant’s for small private jobs/ warranty work

- Invoicing & invoicing reminders

- Main port of call for customers, answering the phone, emails etc.

- Dealing with customer enquiries, queries, and bookings

- Liaising with manufacturers for replacement parts that are under warranty

- Working with the contractor’s customer care departments on defects

- Other duties/ administration duties necessary to fulfil the role

Xero

Microsoft Outlook Excel etc,

Annual salary £33,852.00

Weekly paid

20 Holidays plus 8 bank holidays

Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm (4.00pm on Fridays)
