As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to help us continue providing exceptional care. But that's not all—this role offers so much more than just recruitment. You’ll have the unique opportunity to get involved in various aspects of HR, broadening your skillset and gaining valuable experience in the HR field. So, it’s important that you’re eager to dive into different HR responsibilities and grow beyond traditional recruitment.


This is mainly an office-based role in Chiswick Park (W4 5YG), where you'll collaborate closely with your teammates and contribute to a great team environment.


What You’ll Do:

  • Hunt for Talent: Source and engage with high-calibre candidates across multiple platforms.
  • Be a Matchmaker: Screen and assess applicants to find the perfect fit for our global team.
  • Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top talent.
  • Leverage Systems: Utilise Workday to manage candidate and teammate data efficiently.
  • Analyse & Report: Create detailed reports and draw insights from people data.
  • Expand Your Horizons: Get involved in broader HR activities, from employee engagement to training and development.
  • Innovate: Bring fresh ideas to improve our recruitment process and enhance the candidate experience.
