Due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Site Manager to join the team on a Flagship scheme in Hendon, North West London.

Project information:

£72m Social Housing project consisting of 272 new apartments due to complete early summer 2025.

Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all units Externally.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring compliance on site.
Co-ordinating labour and resources on site
Manage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock.
Ensuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality.
Undertaking company directed quality control procedures and inspections.
Monitoring and controlling the cost of production, and approving payment to contractors and trades where appropriate.
Initiating and attending plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector.
Liaising proactively with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved.
To deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times.

Suitable candidates must have:
Residential Contracting experience
Stable career history
Valid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid etc
RC Frame experience

On offer:
Basic salary up to £65,000
Car allowance - £6,300
Travel Paid for
Pension
28 days Annual leave
Bonus etc.
