Due to expansion, they have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Site Manager to join the team on a Flagship scheme in Hendon, North West London.
Project information:
£72m Social Housing project consisting of 272 new apartments due to complete early summer 2025.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all units Externally.
Responsibilities:nEnsuring compliance on site.nCo-ordinating labour and resources on sitenManage material levels on site to ensure the minimum amount of stock.nEnsuring that all plots are built to the highest standard of quality.nUndertaking company directed quality control procedures and inspections.nMonitoring and controlling the cost of production, and approving payment to contractors and trades where appropriate.nInitiating and attending plot inspections with the Local Building Inspector.nLiaising proactively with other internal departments, externals suppliers and partners to ensure the build programme is achieved.nTo deliver a high standard of site presentation at all times.
Suitable candidates must have:nResidential Contracting experiencenStable career historynValid CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid etcnRC Frame experience
On offer:nBasic salary up to £65,000nCar allowance - £6,300nTravel Paid fornPensionn28 days Annual leavenBonus etc.
