We’re looking for an exceptional PPC Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and extensive experience with managing and optimizing PPC campaigns. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing PPC strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Manage PPC Campaigns:
  • Design, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
  • Write compelling ad copy and develop creative assets for campaigns.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback, comments, and engagement, responding appropriately.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and provide reports to stakeholders.
  • Optimisation and Analysis:
  • Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and maximize ROI.
  • Perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and conversion rates.
  • Analyse campaign data and generate insightful reports for stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage PPC budgets and allocate funds appropriately to maximise effectiveness.
  • Track and report on budget spend and campaign performance.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends:
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in PPC and digital marketing.
  • Continuously learn and implement new strategies to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

  • Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Expertise in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with PPC tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and bid management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and A/B testing.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with other digital marketing channels (SEO, content marketing, email marketing).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
