**PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE (GOOGLE) **|

A new opportunity has arisen for a Google Paid Media Executive to join our team at Healthy Stuff Group, a fast-growing and entrepreneurial worldwide health and wellbeing company.

As our Google Paid Media Executive, the focus of your role will be implementing and optimising paid Google campaigns whilst working with large digital budgets on our various channels and brands. You will have the support of the Media Manager to give you direction, guidance and assistance in the activation of these campaigns. You will also work with third-party consultants to ensure you reach ROAS, profit and revenue goals.

Role specification:

- Deliver high-quality campaigns
- Drive increased ROAS and revenue through optimisations and testing
- Be instrumental in generating and delivering new business and growing our paid revenue
- Develop our relevant offering in line with our wider Paid Marketing strategies
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry changes and explore new opportunities and suppliers
- Develop and nurture platform relationships
- Maintain connected strategies with other paid media teams
- Follow the paid media strategy
- Perform budget management checks across channels and brands
- Develop high-performing campaigns
- Hands-on execution and delivery of Meta campaigns
- Regularly perform strong data analysis, audits and subsequent campaign optimisations
- Deliver key metrics reporting to the Paid Media Manager

Required demonstrations:

- Minimum 2+ Years experience in Media Execution (Google Ads)
- Strong Communication skills - written and verbal
- Attention to detail and commitment to performance optimisation
- Analysis of Google Ads data
- Experience in campaign copy creation
- Organised yet flexible, able to prioritise own and others’ workload to meet agreed deadlines

**Benefits**:
