In this critical role, the chosen candidate will oversee the delivery of various service requirements crucial to the primary operations of the site. Responsibilities include the management of compressed air, water, steam, process cold and hot water, ventilation, domestic services, drainage, effluent discharges, and fire safety systems. A key aspect of the role is the management of Legionella Control, water quality, steam supply, effluent discharge, and the effective delivery of all contracted services to agreed levels.


The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing site asset strategies to meet legal and environmental compliance, managing compliance registers, and ensuring all works are actioned within statutory deadlines. The role demands the creation of impact and contingency plans for asset or service failures, maintaining a library of compliance requirements, and developing strategies for risk mitigation.
