£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k

Role summary:

You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make 50/60 calls a day on an automated dialler.
  • Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
  • Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team do hit their targets).
  • Ensure you’re meeting compliance expectations with every process.

Required skills and experience:

  • 12 months experience of outbound sales within the last 3 years.
  • A quiet place to work at home.
  • Be comfortable with remote working.
  • The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
