£50/55k plus bonus
Talentedge are working with an extremely ambitious, fast paced ecommerce scale up searching for a French Speaking Management Accountant to join there growing team The business are at a Series C stage and you will be joining an established finance function.
Responsibilities
- General Ledger, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
- Supplier and overhead payments, counter-sign supplier PO payments and make sure all payments are documented correctly and publish all monthly financial statements, including posting all necessary accounting adjustments, journals and account reconciliations
- Process monthly payroll and commission calculations in compliance with French regulations
- Cash reconciliation
- Audit and liaising with external auditors to provide information.
- Monthly sales tax return
- Creating business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
- Liaising with suppliers as required to ensure accounts and trade terms are aligned.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree level in Accounting / Finance or Business Administration
- Fully qualified or finalist level
- French and English speaking
- in depth and up-to-date knowledge of French taxation and accounting regulations
- Varying system experience
- in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
