One Property Recruitment, a real estate recruitment specialist, are exclusively working on a client-side senior estates manager to oversee a single asset based in West London.  You will be responsible for a luxury, high-end residential scheme consisting of 110 units.This role will require you to demonstrate your technical, operational, and strategic skillset and offers you a step away from the front line, into an elevated position where you will oversee the managing agent on site.  This is a truly unique opportunity within leasehold management and an excellent opportunity to move client-side and build on your skillset.  Core duties of the role;Working as a consultant with the managing agents on the mobilisation of the schemeReporting back to the relevant stakeholdersPlacemaking; you will be involved in the customer journey, understanding the importance of thisTendering for managing agents and setting out the expectations to achieve the required level of serviceSetting and continual oversight of portfolio financialsThe role will be based between head office in SW London and the site which you will be overseeing.  Our client have an excellent wider benefits package which is reflected through their high staff retention levels.  I am searching for an individual with the following:MIRPM qualifiedExcellent leasehold management knowledgeIf this position is of interest, please contact Andrew Docwra at One Property Recruitment.
